Review report: Gameplay appears to be lacking in regards to finding objects (too difficult), players seemed to respond well to the short duration, some players were looking for jumpscares and didn’t get any, some people thought it was boring, others enjoyed what there was of the ~15 min experience
Gameplay
The game starts with waking up, object is to gather a few collectibles
Music
No music
Art
Photorealistic, no problems
UI
Remaining collectibles change pictures of what needs to be collected next (Has to be in chronological order, running all around the house)
Writing
Appears to be an emotional story, takes greater precedence than horror
Scare Factor
atmosphere is tense until you turn on all the lights in the house
no real fear, unless you’re naturally jumpy
After collecting the 3rd piece the flashlight breaks, lights in the kitchen turn off (to make way for a scare, red eyes in the darkness peering through the window, eventually disappear and the flashlight works again)
Overall
The game doesn’t have a horror tag in Steam, but it gives that impression from the trailer and how dark it is
Wasn’t very scary, but seemed to have a story that tugs on the heart strings
